The process

To streamline the construction process for our clients, we present you with a chronological series of steps that lead to the realization of your dream home. It’s important to note that the actual process typically takes 4-5 weeks, depending on the size of the desired prefab and whether you opt for a “turnkey” or “gray phase” construction system.
The key difference between these two systems lies in the craftsmanship involved — including carpentry, flooring, plumbing, and installation work.

Step by step to your home

At any time, you can schedule an informal meeting with our team of construction experts to explore the best conceptual solution for your future Eco home. During this opportunity, our team can guide you through construction materials and eco-friendly solutions we aim for. Additionally, at this stage of the process, we can provide you with an approximate timeline for building the desired prefab, as well as a preliminary cost estimate.

Our individual approach to each project allows us to realize every idea and find the best solution for every location. Within the scope of the conceptual solution, you can choose one of our standard structures or, with the help of our architects, develop a new design for your future Eco home.

In this segment of the process, you receive a complete project specification, including the cost of our services and information on the construction materials needed for realization.

We’ve included a preliminary agreement in the process to ensure your desires and preferences are expressed as thoroughly as possible. This segment also defines obligations and mutually protects interests. This phase also facilitates the process of finalizing the contract.

The design segment of the process consists of several sections:

  Technical Drawing Development:

This section is handled by our team of architects and includes plans for foundations, walls, floors, roofs, as well as details such as windows, doors, and installations.

  Considering Construction and Materials:

When designing a prefab, it’s important to consider construction characteristics and materials to be used.

  Design Review and Optimization:

After technical drawings are developed, a review and optimization of the design are conducted to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency. This step may involve adjustments to achieve the best result.

This official document contains a detailed description of the works to be carried out, accurate cost information and payment methods, deadlines, and other relevant information.

We conclude the contract in writing only after each step has been carefully agreed upon. We believe that by precisely defining each element, we ensure that the interests of both contracting parties are protected.

This phase involves preparing the structural elements of the prefab, which are transported to the designated construction site after production.

This segment involves assembling the already manufactured structural elements at the desired location. Following this, work on all installations, craftsmanship, and final painting works ensue, depending on your preference for the “turnkey” or “gray phase” system.

This final step in the process involves inspecting the prefab and concluding its condition. Inspection and verification of the prefab are carried out to ensure that it corresponds to the description and is in the expected condition. The parties sign a record of the handover of the prefab upon agreement.
